Thank you for being part of our community at Endgame (”Endgame”, “we”, ”us”, ”our”). Endgame is a podcast hosted by Gita Wirjawan, an entrepreneur, educator, and proud Indonesian who explores ways to move society forward through stories and experiences shared by thought leaders, trailblazers, and opinion-makers from Indonesia and the region. Our mission is to foster critical thinking and discourse in education, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia.

 

We place great importance on the confidentiality, privacy and protection of your personal data. We handle all personal data provided to us in accordance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) and, where applicable, the Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”)

5. YOUR RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA


We generally rely on personal data provided by you. In order to ensure that your personal data is current, complete and accurate, please update us if there are changes to your personal data. You may write to our Support Officer a[email protected] to:


(a) Correct or update your Personal Data;


(b) Reasonably request for access to your Personal Data. Do note that you may face reasonable charges for our provision of the Personal Data;


(c) Request for information relating to our use or disclosure of your Personal Data;


(d) Withdraw your consent and request that we stop processing your Personal Data for certain purposes;


(e) Delete any Personal Data; or


(f) Make a report about any actual or potential breach of security in relation to your Personal Data.


We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within that period of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. Note that for withdrawal of consent, we will process your request within 10 days, and if that is not possible we will inform you the reason within that period and process your request within 30 days.


Please note that withdrawing your consent will affect your access to the part of the application. We will no longer be able to provide you with the services provided by that part of the application.




6. DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY


6.1 We will put appropriate and reasonable technical and administrative security measures in place to help ensure that your information is protected against unauthorised or accidental access, use, alteration, disclosure or loss.


You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While security cannot be guaranteed, we strive to protect the security of your information and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our information security measures. 


6.2 All of our employees who deal with Personal Data are trained in the proper handling and protection of Personal Data.


6.3 The Company uses Amazon Web Services which may store your personal data. We are satisfied that the cloud service providers we use have taken reasonable steps to protect your personal data.




7. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY


We reserve the right to update this Policy from time to time as we expand our services. We will post a notice on our home page to inform you that an update has been made. Your use of the website or applications after this Policy has been updated will be deemed acceptance of the updated Policy.
